The CRM that finally stopped feeling like a CRM. AI lead scoring is the real win.
Best for: Solo agents and small teams (1-5 agents) handling 50+ leads/month.
After 30 days with Lofty, we set up automated follow-ups for 50 leads. By day 5, the AI had contacted 47 of them — and flagged 3 with bounced emails we hadn’t noticed. That alone saved roughly 4 hours of manual checking. The lead scoring surfaces which leads are actually warming up. It’s not magic, but it cuts the “who do I call today?” decision time from 20 minutes to 2.
The downside: setup takes 6-8 hours to be useful, and the mobile app crashes when you import more than 500 contacts at once. We reported the bug. They fixed it in 11 days.

The 9 we don’t recommend (yet)
